Dr. Rodrigo Fernandez is a Chilean neurosurgeon with interest in the surgical treatment of movement disorders and research involving intraoperative brain signals from Parkinson's patients. He completed his medical training and his PhD in medical sciences at the University of Chile, where he wrote his thesis on the role of proteostasis and genetic markers in brain cancer.
